We are still working through all of the freeze-related calls. We will notify you as soon as we know the day that we can schedule your service call. If we are unable to reach you, we won’t be able to hold your spot, and will have to reschedule.
Please notify us if you are able to find someone who can get to you sooner and would like to cancel your service call. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Contact Us’ tab at the top this page.
If you have not sent us photos of the freeze damage to your pool equipment, that would be helpful. You can email photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your name, address and phone number on all communication. You can also text the photos to 281-541-3126.
Rates: Our rate to assess freeze damage starts at $155 which covers up to one hour. Parts and labor to repair will be additional and will need your approval before we make the repair. Please understand that while we try to be as prepared as we can, it is impossible for us to always have every part that we may need, as there are literally countless different types of fittings, valves, pumps, etc. so there will be times that we will have to assess, then return when we can get the parts needed. And with the recent freeze, plumbing parts are getting more difficult to find.
